Body Contouring - Brachioplasty

I first met Mark Soldin in 2005, having been referred to him for body contouring. At the time I was 21 and had lost a significant amount of weight (65 kilograms). I was left with unsightly hanging skin on my upper arms and abdomen that no amount of exercise would shift.

In 2005 I had an abdominoplasty and brachioplasty with Mark. The results were incredible. I was left with a completely flat stomach and slimmer arms. My confidence increased dramatically and clothes looked and felt great.

14 years later, two pregnancies and the weight gain and loss from those had affected the initial results from my surgery. I consciously sought Mark out again and was relieved to find him. I instructed Mark to carry out a revision abdominoplasty and brachioplasty. 

Mark has an excellent manner. He is friendly, approachable and meticulous in the way he operates. I have been guided by him throughout the process from the initial consultation, operation and post operative care.

Undergoing this type of surgery is not an easy decision for any individual. Having Mark advise, guide and assure me throughout the process has been helpful. I encountered a minor complication following surgery and this was dealt with promptly and professionally by Mark. He followed up with me on a daily basis requesting photographs and updates. Mark gives the impression that he is heavily invested in the entire process and I certainly found this to be the case.

I am absolutely delighted with the results. I felt haunted by the demons of my past and felt that carrying excess skin was a daily reminder of the overweight person I was as a teenager. This operation and the care of Mark and his team has restored my confidence. Mark’s technical expertise is second to none. He is incredibly talented, compassionate and an excellent surgeon. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark to others.
