Consultant plastic surgeon Mark Soldin from the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), says a postcode lottery has prevented people who have lost a lot of weight from getting the help they need.
Mr Soldin leads the BAPRAS initiative for national equitable guidance on massive weight loss body contouring.
Mark Soldin, consultant plastic surgeon at St George's and Kingston hospitals, and a spokesman for the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, said: "High heels make the leg more attractive because the elevation of the heel enhances the convexity of the upper calf muscles, while making the ankle region appear even thinner, more fragile and feminine."
Mr Soldin's consultation fees vary according to the length of the consultation. Appointments with Mr Soldin vary in time according to the complexity of your concern. A 30 minute consultation costs £235 and a follow up consultation of 15 minutes costs £175.
